The MISSION of a P.E. Intern depends on current needs and opportunities, and might include:
- Study and improvement of a piece of equipment, developing operating standards and
ensuring the production teams understand and follow them.
- Execution of a project that will deliver savings to the operation.
- Design and implementation of a specific process that has a positive impact to safety,
quality or performance of the production lines.

YOUR PROFILE
- Engineering degree (just graduated or last-year student). You are interested in technology and
Manufacturing processes, and have a natural curiosity about how things work.
- Experience in manufacturing is NOT required, though it is a plus.
- Leadership: you enjoy being the leader and are able to do so in an effective way. You have
successfully led/organised activities in the past.
- Analytical: you are able to understand complex concepts and solve problems applying logical
thinking.
- Communication: you are clear and concise and communicate in an ordered and "to the point" manner.
- English: confident speaking and writing, as you will need it on a daily basis.
