To process the documentation

Steps to follow:

  1. BUSINESS SEARCH: publishing web offers EEBE, business forum ...

  2. CONCRETE TRAINEESHIP between company and student in accordance with the following procedure:

Send the corresponding documents to eebe.practiques.empresa@upc.edu:
  1. ELIVERY DOCUMENTATION TO THE COMPANY AND START OF TRAINEESHIP by the student. 
  • The student is responsible for sending the documentation between the parties in the correct deadlines.

Circumstances to be taken into account to process an educational cooperation agreement

      • Period established to do the Traineeship, Academic Year, the one between the 16-9 (September) of the beginning of a course until the 15-9 of the following year.
      • Modifications about a completed academic year, will not be accepted.
      • Agreements may be terminated at any time, for any party (student, company, university) with the corresponding due  diligence.
      • The documentation must be submitted to Academic Management, 7 days before the start date of the internship. Agreements with a start date prior to the submission date, will not be accepted in any case.
      • The agreements must be the originals and must be filled in without tippex either amendments. Any agreement that is not duly completed will not be accepted.
      • For agreement extension, will be necessary both the application and the agreement.
