Lockers
TRANSFER PERIOD:
- Whole course: From September 16, 2020 to June 30, 2021
- 1st semester: From September 16. 2020 to January 31, 2021.
- 2nd semester: From February 1, 2021 until June 30, 2021.
REQUEST:
- Send an email to the Resources and Services Unit espais.eebe@upc.edu expressing the will to request a box office.
Is necessary to indicate:
- Mail subject: Lockers request

- - Lockers size: first choice (small or large)
- - Second option (small or large) (if necessary)
- The application period is until July 20 and from September 2 to October 15, 2020.

- The first week of September the Resources and Services Unit will contact you to proceed with the payment of the rent and the deposit.
- The lockers will be assigned once the rent and deposit have been paid.
LOCATION:
- 1st and 2nd floors Building A
SIZE AND PRICES:
- Large: 84 x 36 x 45 (15€ whole course / 7,5€ semester)
- Small: 42 x 36 x 45 (10€ whole course / 5€ semester)
With a deposit of 18€.
CLOSING SYSTEM:
- Using a mobile aplication (Smartphone*) and the student card.
* IMPORTANT: The app only works with Android (not Iphone)
RENEWAL:
- Mail to the Resources and Services Unit at espais.eebe@upc.edu to express the will to renew a lockers, stating:

The deadline to renew is July 20, 2020.

At the end of the academic year, the lockers must be emptied to proceed with cleaning, both if the loan is renewed or if it is canceled.
LOW:
- The withdrawal must be communicated to the Resources and Services Unit, at the address espais.eebe@upc.edu.
- At the same time, the locker must be emptied.
- The deadline to unsubscribe is July 20, 2020.
- If you do not request renewal or removal of the box office in the established period, it will be understood that you do not want to continue with the rental and that you waive the return of the deposit.
NORMATIVE
- Only EEBE students are entitled to enjoy the rental of a locker.
- The lockers are personal and non-transferable.
- Lockers may only be used when the school is open.
- The student is solely responsible for the stored contents of the lockers and their preservation while rented.
- The School is not responsible for possible disappearances, losses or thefts. It is recommended not to leave anything of value.
- For reasons of security regulations, it is not allowed to leave flammable, harmful, environmentally hazardous material or that can deteriorate inside the lockers.
- In cases of force majeure the locker may be opened by the responsible personnel of the School.
- Renewals and withdrawals: each course is renewed according to the established calendar.
- Once the rental period has ended, the student will have to empty the lockers to proceed with cleaning within the period until July 15, 2020, both if the rental is renewed or if it is low.
- If the content is not removed, the box office will be opened, saving its content to the concierge for a month.

INCIDENCES AND DAMAGES:
- They communicate through espais.eebe@upc.edu.
- If there are damages, the School can keep the deposit and if the value of the damages is higher, a claim will be initiated.
