Academic transcripts

How to apply for an academic transcript: via the e-Secretaria, using your UPC intranet login credentials. Go to “Procedures” > “Certificates” > “Academic transcripts”. You must specify the language. If you can’t remember your login password, you can recover or change your credentials at UPC digital identity.

Application period: year-round, except August.

Issue: transcripts will be issued within five working days of the date on which the application is submitted. You can track your application at the e-Secretaria in the “List of procedures” section. When the status indicated is “Ready for collection”, you can collect your transcript at the office of the EEBE Academic Service. If you can’t pick up the transcript yourself, you can authorise someone else to collect it for you. The person who picks up the transcript will have to present a third-party authorisation form.

Official academic transcript (processing fee applies):

Official academic transcript: provides certified details of a student’s academic history from the time that they enrolled in their programme of study.

A fee is charged to issue this type of certificate. The amount of the fee is specified in the Government of Catalonia's Decree on Fees for the current academic year.

The fee must be paid at the e-Secretaria in the "Forms and payments” section. The "Instructions" section explains how to pay the fee online.
