WELCOME SESSION & REGISTRATION AT EEBE

📝Bring your home university's certificate of arrival with your name and the name of your university on it to be signed on the first day.

  • September 4, 2025 (for students who have chosen Bachelor's or a mix of Bachelor's & Master's courses)
  • September 10, 2025 (for students who have chosen only Master's courses)

START OF SEMESTER:

  • September 8, 2025 (Bachelor's courses)
  • September 15, 2025 (Master's courses)

AFTER ENROLMENT

There could be various reasons why you may need to make changes to your selection after enrolment:

  • Overlapping classes
  • Full groups
  •  Some courses will not be offered after all...

Request them via e-Secretaria->Procedures->Requests until 25 Septembre. Requests by email will be not considered.

Send us the new version of your learning agreement / OLA duly signed by your home coordinator.
