Exchange programs
If you wish to apply at EEBE as an exchange student, please bear in mind the following:

Your home university must have a bilateral agreement with EEBE or be a member of one of our international networks (CINDA, Smile...). Otherwise, you could apply as a visiting student. Please, find out UPC regulations for this modality, here. The tuition fee for Bachelor degrees is around 148€/ECTS.

Please, ask your home coordinator to nominate you during the nomination period.

Language requirements: English or Spanish proficiency (minimum B1) is required.

- If you are planning to take courses taught in English -> English B1 level.
- If you are planning to take courses taught in Spanish -> Spanish B1 level.
- If you are planning to mix courses taught in both languages -> English & Spanish B1 level.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE
STEP 1: Getting the compulsory documents ready.
- Copy of your passport (non-EU citizens) or also National ID card (EU citizens).
- Transcript of records in English or Spanish of the whole previous study.
- Sign the academic responsible statement.
- Sign the insurance responsible statement.
It is compulsory for all exchange and visiting students coming to UPC to take out private insurance to cover their stay, including hospitalisation, medical expenses, civil liability and repatriation.
STEP 2: Registration online and selection of courses
- Read carefully the application guide.
- Log in with your university email. Fill in the online application form and upload the required documents.
- Go to the courses catalogue for incoming students.
How do I deliver my selection of courses?
- Complete the Erasmus Digital Learning Agreement using the information below:

Only if your university is not connected to the Erasmus Digital Learning Agreement, upload a PDF-version of the Learning Agreement duly completed and signed by you and your home coordinator in the application.

- We will validate or reject it and notify you after the application period
