2. ENROLMENT AT EEBE
- ENROLMENT DAY. It's time for the enrolment! We will help you to manage your final timetable and to get the most suitable groups for you!
- After the enrolment, you will get access to the learning support platforms:
- ATENEA
- e-Secretaria
- IT rooms (ATTENTION: Due to health restrictions, check tha available IT rooms)
ATENEA is the Teaching Virtual Platform.
Access with your credentials 24h after the enrolment.
From where you can manage your ACADEMIC FILE:
Change your details, send requests...
Added / deleted subjects: Changes on your learning agreement.
After the enrolment, if there are any changes on your first learning agreement, let your university know and send us the new document validated and duly signed.
Also, you will have the opportunity to delete or add subjects depending on the available groups. Any request will be manage from e-Secretaria->Procedures and must be changed on your learning agreement later.
Deadline: 24 February.
UPC CARD
The UPC card identifies you as a UPC student during your stay and gives you access to the library and sports facilities.
