Language Courses
Local language training for the students will be offered in each university, as well as an initiation to the local and national culture.
- The Hola! Programme offers language and cultural services designed to help international students adapt to life at the UPC. The UPC has agreements with other Catalan universities so that they can take Spanish and other language courses at their language schools at the same price as their members.
- The language center at Politecnico di Torino organizes Italian courses held by teachers from Società Dante Alighieri, an institution which preserves and spreads Italian language and culture throughout the world, qualified to deliver Italian language and culture courses in various countries.
- Politecnico di Milano sets up Italian courses addressed to foreign students regularly enrolled in the university. Courses are offered in both semesters and last a total of 40 hours. A preliminary level test must be taken before the start of the course.
- NTNU has various part-time classes to help international students learn Norwegian as a second language. One-semester courses are offered at various levels in the autumn and spring semester. They are open to exchange and master's degree students, PhD, staff and others.
- The TU/e Language Center provides Dutch courses at a variety of CEFR levels.
