- IN-PERSON ENROLMENT:
IMFSE Master's: September 5, 2024
Other master's degrees: September 12, 2024 at 15.00 h. - PROGRAMME:
- 15.00-15.30: Welcome and academic information.
- 15.30-16:00: Welcome by the master's coordinator
- 16:00-17:00 Enrolment: You must have previously filled in your personal data and GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) form. This is essential to formalise your enrolment.
Documentation (to be submitted at the start of classes to the academic administration)
B2 English level accreditation:
A B2 level in English and B2 in Spanish (for foreign students) is required and must be accredited at the time of formalising the enrolment, except for students from UPC. (*)

Enrolment discounts:
It must be indicated in the section Enrolment / "enrolment conditions" of the e-secretaria.
If the discount does not appear, prior to enrolment, the student must attach the document using the Documentation Upload functionality of e-secretaria.

Generic documentation (*)
The documentation to be provided will depend on where the degree or previous studies that give access to the master's degree were obtained:

For UPC's own centres, the following must be presented:
- If you have other training related to the areas of knowledge of the master's degree to be taken, which is different form that which provided access, the accrediting documentation (original and copy or certified copy) must be submitted. (*)

For affiliated centres of the UPC or other universities in Spain, in addition to the above documentation, the following must be presented:
- Copy of DNI, NIE or passport.
- Original and copy (or certified copy) of the degree that gives access to the master's or proof of payment of the issuance rights. (*)
- Original and copy (or certified copy) of an academic certificate showing the courses taken with grades and the number of credits/hours for each. This certificate must also reflect the overall average grade obtained by the student. (*)
- Specific documentation required by the master's degree itself. (*)

For foreign universities or higher education institutions, the following must be presented:
- Copy of DNI, NIE or passport.
- Original and copy (or certified copy) of the homologation of the degree that gives access to the master's. (*)
- If the degree is not homologated, an original and copy (or certified copy) of the document issued by the university or institution where the degree was obtained or by the competent authority of the country. This document must accredit the degree has a minimum duration of 3 years and allows access to postgraduate (master's) studies in that country. If this is not possible, it must indicate the higher level of studies that the degree allows access to. (*)
- Original and copy or (compulsated copy) of an academic certificate showing the courses taken, with grades and the number of credits/hours for each. This certificate must also contain information on the grading system applied.
- If you have other training related to the areas of knowledge of the master's degree to be taken, which is different form that which provided access, the accrediting documentation (original and copy or certified copy) must be submitted. (*)
Important: All documents issued in countries outside the European Union must be legalised via diplomatic channels or with the corresponding apostille.
After the master's administrative unit has validated the provided documentation, enrolment can be formalised. Once the enrolment fee has been paid to the corresponding bank, you are a student of the master's degree at the Polytechnic University of Catalonia.
