Erasmus program
Requirements
- Your home university must have an Erasmus bilateral agreement with EEBE.
- Please ask your home coordinator to nominate you during the nomination period.
- Have a minimum level of B1 in English or Spanish.
The level of English and/or Spanish has to be declared by the home university during the student’s nomination.
This declaration is enough to fulfil the language requirements.
Deadlines
autumn semester & full year
Nomination period: from 1 to 30 April.
Application period: from 1 to 31 May.
spring semester
Nomination period: from 1 to 31 October.
Application period: 5 to 30 November.
Preparing the compulsory documents
- Copy of your passport (non-EU citizens) or also National ID card (EU citizens).
- Transcript of records for your degree program, listing all courses completed to date, issued in either English or Spanish.
- Sign the academic responsible statement
- Sign the insurance responsible statement
Application online
- Read carefully the application guide
- Log in with your university email address.
- Fill out the online application form completely and upload the compulsory documents.
- Submit your application by the deadline.
- Please, don't submit your application untill you get ready all the documents duly signed.
Selection of courses
- 1. Check the academic level of the course and the teaching language.
- 2. Choose the courses from our course catalogue (between 12 & 30 ECTS)
- 3. Complete the Digital Learning Agreement using the information below:

This PDF must be duly completed and signed by both you and your home coordinator.
After applying
- Your application will be evaluated by the International Office. In case of acceptance, we will send you the admission documents.
- When planning your trip to Barcelona, consult the academic calendar.
- Read the welcome guide.
- If you are a Non-EU student staying for longer than three months, you are required to apply for a student visa. Please initiate this process at the Spanish embassy or consulate in your home country.
