Enrolment steps for NEW ACCESS master's studies

Please remember to check the schedules and planned exams for the Autumn semester of the 2024/2025 academic year before enrolling, to align the group schedules and exam dates.
Check the list of admitted students for the 2024/2025 academic year
Review and validate your data on the e-Secretaria.
Once your account is validated, you can access the e-Secretaria to:
- Review and complete your personal data and GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) form.
- Upload a photo for the processing of the virtual UPC card.
Enrolment calendar and documentation: In-person enrolment on September 12 at 15:00, EEBE, building A.
Fill in your bank details (SEPA Order)

Requests after enrolment:
Once your enrolment is complete, through the e-secretaria, in the "Procedures" section, you can Request various changes to your enrolment.
Carnet UPC virtual
Once enrolment is formalised, you can access the virtual UPC card through the UPC App which can be downloaded from the Apple Store or Google Play.
This App also includes other services of interest to students.
